After I started physical therapy, I felt a drive to do more. It was important to me that I dedicated myself to getting better, so I worked on my exercises even when I was at home. Since I don't have a gym membership any more, I purchased equipment that I needed to attain my goals. Over time, I have overcome my fear of jumping since purchasing the speed and agility set. As a result, I have been able to improve my agility training and get comfortable rotating and pivoting. The equipment is adjustable and considered good quality for this price range. In addition, a bag was included! It made it easier for me to transport the equipment to a nearby park if I needed to work there. As far as price goes, I think you get a good value for what you pay.

Serves its purpose well. Hurdles aren’t the best quality due to the plastic joint that holds them together, 1 easily snapped on first workout due to being hit but overall worth the price.

Perfect for training. Good quality and easy to set up

I bought this agility training set for my kids, and it's been fantastic! The adjustable hurdles are easy to set up and change height, which is great for different skill levels. The 20ft agility ladder is sturdy and perfect for practicing footwork. It's been a fun way for us to exercise together, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to improve speed and agility.

I was excited to use these for my track team – but one of the hurdles broke during WARM UPS! They seemed to be good quality metal but I guess they are no match for little legs!

Other than the hurdles the ladders are really great, they are heavy-duty plastic that is adjustable along the long bit of rope that is provided so you can easily adjust the sizing of each space which is nice for smaller kiddos and bigger kids alike.

The hurdles besides breaking were nice because you can twist them out and fold them back in together for easy transport. They also came with a bag that easily carried all of the equipment. It was light enough that my 8 year old carried it into practice for me.

Came fast and is very useful- kids training with it gives them something to focus on and get a little stronger and faster

The Speed and Agility Training Equipment set is absolutely terrible. I was excited to improve my training, but this product was a complete letdown from start to finish. Here’s what went wrong:

Flimsy Hurdles: The so-called "adjustable" hurdles are a joke. They’re made of cheap plastic that bends and breaks easily. After a few uses, one snapped in half during a simple drill. These are not built to withstand any kind of serious training.

Agility Ladder Disaster: The 20ft agility ladder is poorly constructed, with straps that tangle constantly and rungs that refuse to stay in place. It’s frustrating to set up, and once you start using it, it moves around so much it’s practically useless.

Soccer Training Cones? More Like Toys: The cones are tiny, thin, and feel like they belong in a child’s playset rather than on a training field. They’re easily blown away by the slightest wind, making outdoor use impossible.

Carrying Bag is a Joke: The bag they include is made of the thinnest material imaginable. After just a week, the zipper broke, and the seams started coming apart. It’s barely functional for storing all the equipment.

Overpriced Garbage: For the poor quality and lack of durability, this set is outrageously overpriced. You’d be better off piecing together better-quality equipment individually.

This product is a complete waste of money. It’s poorly made, frustrating to use, and definitely not suitable for serious training. Avoid this set at all costs and invest in something that won’t fall apart after a few sessions. Total disappointment! 😡
