Bought for my 5yo of average size. He loves playing sports but he sweats so much! It drips down his little face and into his eyes which usually causes him discomfort. Soccer has been especially brutal so we tried these and they worked great! He has to use 2 in 30 minutes but that might not be the norm for others. My son likes the feel of the fabric and says they're not too tight. I put them in a mesh laundry bag so they don't get tied up while washing and drying. I washed them before he wore them and they seemed to wash well which was nice considering most bulk items aren't the best quality.

Would recommend for sweaty kiddos.

The material allows for the sweat to be absorbed and collecting the band rather than stream down into your eyes and face, potentially causing a loss of vision momentarily, not ideal for sports, projects and so on where you need to have that Focus. The wide range of colors and patterning allows for people to use them without mixing them up with the other bands in the set. They wash easily enough, and feel like they will last for some time without losing elasticity. Contrary to regular cotton headbands, these do not pinch or cause any tension around your head even when doubled over.

If you are ordering these for the "red" headband…..it is definitely NOT red. It's more of an orange. Otherwise, these are good headbands.

Last minute purchase before a heat wave week of baseball and the boys loved these! They looked so adorable on, they are great quality – thin enough to fit under ball hats, but thick enough to absorb sweat. Soft material and washed great. No slipping either – they stayed in place great. Highly recommend for your little leaguer!
